Who we are:

We are a small team of Professional Realtors, each with over 30 years in the Hawaii Real Estate Business.  We strive to help Buyers and Sellers through the process of Buying and Selling Real Estate in Hawaii, by allowing them to make a lot of their own decisions, through open research. Since 1990, we have been assisting clients, by offering professional, ethical advice through their buying and selling process, while also saving them money.

How We Work – Oahu Realty Pro helps its users educate themselves on the Hawaii Real Estate Market and keeps them informed of properties of interest, as they come on the market.  You can search for properties as a ‘Guest’, or you can register as a ‘Free Member’ to set up an auto search with a certain criteria, that will email you as soon as a property, that fits that criteria, hits the market.  Through our ‘Paid Members’ area, we allow users to check the recent Sales, tax information and mortgage liens on those properties, neighborhoods or buildings, to help make a more informed decision on the ‘Market Value’ of that property.  We charge a very small membership fee, only because it is required by our local boards to do so, in order to give out that information.

Once you find a property you like, our website allows you to make a ‘preliminary offer’ on that property, by filling out an offer request.  We will check with the seller’s agent, to see if the Seller would entertain an ‘official offer’ through a purchase contract.  If they will, we contact you to get additional information, so that we can assist you in writing up that offer. Once the Seller accepts the price and terms of your offer, we assist you in the escrow process all the way to closing, saving you an average of 1% of the sales price, which comes as a credit to you at close of escrow. This money can be used to pay for escrow closing costs, moving expenses, or a kick start to making renovations.
